If you have a service or warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly or email requesting a Return Authorization number to have the pump repaired.
If your pump or garments are out of warranty, you pay the shipping to send the pump in for repair. We pay the return shipping if it is ground service. The cost of any expedited shipping is borne by the customer.
Any warranty work includes free shipping.
